Could I have coronavirus (COVID-19)?

Click here to use the guide to find out what to do if you have developed any symptoms and are worried about coronavirus.

Please DO NOT attend the surgery. If the guide recommends for you to contact the surgery, please stay at home and phone us on 0345 337 9955.

When We Are Closed

If you require urgent medical advice outside normal surgery hours please telephone 111 to speak with NHS 24. If appropriate the nurse will arrange a consultation on your behalf and you may be asked to attend your nearest treatment centre (usually Aboyne Hospital) or, if necessary you will be visited at home.

Minor Injuries Department

The Minor Injury Department is a 24-hour service and is staffed by trained nurses at Aboyne Hospital. It is to be used for minor injuries only. The nurse may deal personally with your injury or ask the doctor to come and see you. Please report to reception at Aboyne Hospital.

Out-of-hours services are generally busy so please think carefully before asking to see a doctor and only do so if you genuinely cannot wait until the surgery re-opens.

In a genuine emergency you should call 999. Chest pains and / or shortness of breath constitute an emergency.
