Aboyne medical practice now offers the First Contact Physiotherapy service. Our First Contact Physiotherapists (FCPs) are highly trained physiotherapists who will help you with your problem. When you ring the practice about a new problem such as muscular/joint pain, back pain or an injury you will be offered an appointment with the FCP. Our FCPs have extensive experience in the assessment and management of musculoskeletal conditions and see these patients without the need for a GP appointment. They offer the usual care as your GP, such as prescribing medication and referring for tests or to specialists.
What to expect when you see your FCP
How do you book an appointment to see your FCP?
Simply contact reception and request an appointment to see the FCP. The reception team will check that you’re suitable and book an appointment for you.
