CAHMS (Child and adolescent mental health services) resources. This site was created for young people, carers and professionals to pool together lots of helpful resources from across the internet including websites, apps and downloads that are available to help support your or your child's mental health and well-being. Contains links to all below also.
Young Minds: Fighting for a world where no young person feels alone with their mental heath. YoungMinds is the national charity committed to improving the mental health of all children and young people. They provide :-
(1) Free, confidential information and advice for any adult with concerns about the mental health of a child or young person.
(2) Leaflets and booklets help young people, parents and professionals to understand when a young person feels troubled and where to find help.
(3) Seminars and training increase professional understanding of children’s mental health and improve joint working based on good practice and research.
